We try to keep things as simple as possible but there are a few things to be aware of. A deposit is usually required to confirm the booking. This would be detailed on the booking form. The balance is normally to be paid in cash on the day. If you wish to pay the balance by cheque this must be received by the band at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Certain other conditions may be placed on the booking by the band or their agent. Such conditions will be pointed out and explained to the customer and will be incorporated into the booking form and form part of the agreed contract.
Please also note that it is the organiser's responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable and safe and the event complies with any licensing, or other legal requirements.
